Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

• •Venue bookings operate strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Your slot will only be confirmed once the advance payment has been processed.
• •Advance Requirements: For events booked more than 3 months in advance, a 50% advance is required. For all other timelines, a 100% advance is required to lock in the slot.
• •Clients are obligated to pay all remaining dues at least one week prior to the event date. Decor setup will only commence once outstanding dues are fully cleared.
• •A fee of PKR 20,000/- will be charged in the event of a date change requested by the client.
• •RMK Farmhouse reserves the right to cancel a booking at any point.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

RMK Farmhouse operates on a partial refund policy for cancelled events:

• •Cancellation 1 month or more prior: 10% of the venue payment will be refunded.
• •Cancellation less than 1 month prior: All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.

3. Forbidden Items & Guest Conduct

• •Alcoholic beverages, drugs, fireworks, and firearms are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the premises.
• •RMK Farmhouse does not permit Qawali Events under any exceptions.
• •All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The management reserves the right to remove any individual behaving inappropriately.

4. Property Care, Setup & Liability

• •In case of any destruction of property (e.g., washroom tap breakage, coal disposal directly on the grass), the client will be held fully responsible and demanded immediate compensation.
• •Bridal Room and office furniture is designated exclusively for indoor use and is NOT allowed outdoors.
• •Live food stalls and live BBQ equipment must be placed strictly within the designated areas appointed by the venue management.
• •If your decor setup requires venue access one night prior to the event date, an additional electricity charge of PKR 5,000/- will apply.
• •Please safeguard your personal belongings. The management assumes zero liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication.

7. Optional Add-Ons

• •General Lighting and Electricity: PKR 45,000/-
• •Speakers (Without DJ setup): PKR 5,000/-
• •Bonfire Arrangement: PKR 10,000/-
• •Weather Protection: Canopy arrangements can be structured with an additional cost. Needs to be requested ideally 2 days prior to the event date.
• •Stage Tables must be requested beforehand.
